All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned). Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
3. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing. This ensures faster delivery but limits the ability to modify or cancel orders after confirmation.
4. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement or before they are processed/shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or contact form with order details.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
5. Cancellation Charges
- Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation by North Pack
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
8. Important Notes
- Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy instead.
